What are the body types

 

There are several body types. Accordingly, there are differences in what happens as a result of bodybuilding classes. Which types are best suited for this and the advantages of each type.

Type 1 - Thin build. Thin bones, weak and loose muscles. There are few muscles on the bones, so as a rule, their isolation from under the skin is characteristic.

This type is characterized by an increase in muscle relief at the beginning of bodybuilding classes, i.e. weight gain occurs very slowly, the musculature, relief, and location of each muscle looms much faster. Therefore, without taking certain medications, sports nutrition, compliance with the regime of dense and proper food intake, it is very difficult to achieve mass building, both muscular and general. For this type of people, bodybuilding classes should be supported by an enhanced diet and the consumption of sports supplements, such as gainers, protein shakes, creatine. And also observe the daily carbohydrate intake rate set by the trainer. Because the set of total weight plays a key role here.

Type 2 - Medium build. The bones are not thin, medium-sized, there is no bulging of the bones. Muscles of medium density, well envelop the bones, but in small quantities. This type of people is characterized by a sharp increase in body weight at the beginning of bodybuilding classes, completely without taking sports supplements. It is enough just to follow the diet. However, the mass set has a limit. It is approximately 8-9 kg in 4-5 months after the start of classes. This is the period when the mass is gained, as they say, easily and naturally. The athlete simply exercises regularly, eats 5-6 times a day, does not take sports supplements and adds weight due to the activation of work and muscle growth by loads. Then, when the body stops gaining weight, while following the same diet and training schedule, the weight remains the same. It creates a feeling that the body is exhausting its resources to build mass and build muscles. Here it makes sense to talk about sports supplements, without which it will be very difficult for an athlete, which we will talk about later.

Type 3 - thick bones, dense muscles, well-fitting bones. Exercises are easy and systematic weight gain on simulators does not cause problems. A small fat mass is not excluded. This type of people is also characterized by an increase in muscle mass after starting bodybuilding classes, however, not as sharp as for type 2. Here it makes sense to use protein shakes in nutrition, i.e.

Amino acids, the building material for muscles and the basis of protein, just cope with this task.
